What forms of payment do you accept? 
Currently we accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Debit & Credit Cards. 

How do I check the status of my order? 
You can login to your account you created when you placed your order to see the current status. CLICK HERE to go to your account page. 

How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number, products ordered and your shipping address. 

I didn't receive an email confirmation, now what?
If you haven't received an email confirmation after an hour of placing your order check your spam folder in your email account. If you still don't see it please contact us at sales@goodvibetees.com

Why was my card declined?
This may happen due to several reasons. Most often is it an error in the "Bill To" address. Please make sure that the billing address for the card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. Also double check the credit card number and CVV2 number on the card. If these do not fix the problem, please contact your card customer service.

How long will it take for my order to ship out?
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for all orders to ship out. If the item is from a campaign on our site then it will ship 5-7 business days after the end of the campaign.

How long will it take for my order to deliver?
USPS delivers most USA orders within 2-5 after being picked up. 7-21 days for international orders. You can check the tracking information for your order in your email or order details page.

I have received a tracking number but it does not work, why not?
Please allow USPS 1-2 days to update the tracking number into their system.

I ordered the wrong item. Do you accept exchanges or returns?
All items are made to order. Due to this we can not accept exchanges or returns unless we sent you the wrong item which we will then exchange for the correct item upon the wrong item being returned in new condition.

I  changed my mind and no longer want my order. What can I do?
Your order can be canceled anytime up until the order is made which at that time it is no longer refundable or returnable.
